This hotel is in a perfect location with a view of the medieval city. It is an easy walk to all attractions and is surrounded by restaurants and amenities. Tidy and attractive rooms.

This hotel and town were so much better than expected. The property is very quaint with very comfortable rooms. The staff was very polite and gave great suggestions for restaurants. There was free town parking nearby, and you are very close to the castle which you have the perfect view of from the rooftop patio.

Clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful. There's plenty of restaurants to eat very close to the hotel, the châteaux comtal is within walking distance. The terrace has a beautiful view, I totally recommend going up there. I had a lovely stay!

Beautiful and quaint property. In the middle of a quiet street that has many dining options within a minute walk. The owners couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Bed was super comfy and the shower was so good.

The owners made us feel like in home away from home. The attention and help of the owners was wonderful from the first moment we arrived at the hotel. It's located in a convenient zone close to dining places and the main attraction of the city. Parking is available for an affordable cost and breakfast was excellent and varied. We really appreciate the owner's attention for us,

Perfect location for visiting the medieval city of Carcassonne. Shops and restaurants right outside. Hotel has a beautiful view of the Castle from the roof terrace. Nice big room with modern on suite bath.

Superb 3 day stay in Carcassonne

Love This Boutique Hotel!
What a wonderful Boutique hotel! Catherine & Jean-Michel were perfect hosts! Arranging dinner reservations and taxi transport when needed. Excellent petit dejeuner! There is no elevator however they are very quick to help get your bags up to your room. I can't recommend enough to take a glass of wine up to the little rooftop terrace at sunset. The view is just SPECTACULAR! Thank you for a wonderful & memorable stay!

Small room but good location
We were in Carcassone for a one night visit and the hotel was conveniently located at the base of the hill where the castle is located. We found free parking at the entrance of the controlled-access street where the hotel is, about one block away. City center was within walking distance as well. The hotel room was a bit small but confortable. Cold (drinking) water machine available in the same floor. The 'roof-top' terrace is really tiny, you could fit maybe 4 persons at a time, standing up and you do get a view of the castle, however it is not a place to spend any time there. The staff were nice and helpful with any questions.

This property has an extraordinary view of the castle from the roof, and is just a 10 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and cafés along the street.

A very nice surprise Above expectations friendliness ever service we were welcomed by an amassing host location was easy walk up to the Inner walls of the Caste. Dinner was recommended and an we were not disappointed either Evening back we had on the roof top a perfect romantic view The breakfast biffer was all home made local products in the back garden our only regret was we were there only 1 night We will be back for sure. 8 minutes to the historical center and the castle. Very nice restaurants around the hotel if you don’t want to walk to the castle or center of town. Hotel super clean and comfortable room. Received bottle of wine because of Expedia status. The room had an amazing view of the castle.

Delightful hotel close to walled city
Lovely hotel in the old part of town immediately outside the city walls. We had a beautifully refurbished en suite room on the third floor (a lot of stairs!) but the view of the city walls was amazing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very reasonable (€12) and very comprehensive.Secure parking in an underground car park was 30 yards away as were several nice restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

You have to find general parking and walk to the hotel. Once you get the parking garage key and instructions you can drive to it. Hosts are very helpful and the room was very nice. Breakfast buffet was in a beautiful courtyard. The top floor had a panoramic view of the castle.

Absolutely wonderful family-run hotel just outside the medieval walls of Carcassonne with an amazing view at the old town from the terrace on the top floor. Located inside an old building, it’s modern inside and very well-maintained. The owners have thought through every detail. The rooms are well planned and very comfortable. The little garden in the back and the patio are so beautiful! The customer service was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel was an absolute gem. Our stay was in 42 degrees heat and the air conditioning was a great relief. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the medieval city and over the river to the main town. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the breakfast area is like a little oasis. The staff were charming and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, our car was safely parked and we enjoyed the quiet setting with a pretty garden. It was only a 10 minute walk to the citadel. The view from the roof top was just out of this world. The absence of lift was the only slight drawback.

The hotel was beautiful, safe, and cozy, and a perfect location for exploring Carcassonne. The daily breakfast was delicious and there is a beautiful garden in the back to enjoy breakfast, coffee, or just to sit and read. The cost for the hotel was very reasonable. Staff were all kind and helpful. I would definitely return.

Fabulous little family hotel.
Fantastic small family run hotel. Very happy friendly staff with a good vibe. Everywhere was very clean. Beds very comfortable and quality bedding. Air conditioned. Handy for both main parts of Carcassonne. Staff could not be more pleasant or more helpful. Very good for providing gluten free bread. Lovely shaded garden where you can have a drink at very reasonable prices. We loved the welcome and general feel of this hotel. Couldn't get over how friendly and welcoming the owners and staff were. The breakfast was lovely.

Charming family run hotel
Charming hotel in a lively street just outside the walled city. Our fabulous room was peaceful and spotlessly clean. Coffee maker and bottle for chilled water from the cooler were very welcome. Central staircase going up to the rooms is narrow which could be tricky for those with mobility issues. Rooftop terrace with incredible views. Excellent buffet breakfast which can be enjoyed in the wonderful garden. Superb value for money too
