This lovely, newly renovated home, located within steps of Main Street and near world class ski resorts, Gold Medal fishing waters, golf courses, and excellent trails for year-round exploration, makes this the ultimate home base! With the beautifully remodeled and newly furnished interior, outdoor seating areas, hot tub, fire pit and beautifully landscaped yard, this home is a great place to gather with family and friends!

THE SPACE  
This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home was completely remodeled in 2015 and has all the comforts of home! The main level has a nice, open floor plan with a cozy living room with a wood fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops.   
  
The comfortable master bedroom with the en suite bathroom offers plush bathrobes and features a jacuzzi bath tub, large tiled shower and in-floor radiant heat. There are also two comfortable guest bedrooms, a full bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room on the lower level for additional sleeping accommodations.  
  
On the lower level, the spacious family room with a wood burning fireplace is ideal for cozying up by the crackling fire for game night or with your favorite book.  
  
Activities for the whole family can be found in the garage including a ping pong table, bicycles, balls and other sports equipment.   
  
The large backyard and deck is a great place to unwind at the end of an adventurous day, whether you are relaxing on the deck enjoying the beautiful mountain view or soothing your tired muscles with a soak in the hot tub.

The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for our stay. My only issue (and it's very minor) is that the listing and welcome email both state that guests are welcome to use either of the indoor wood burning fireplaces and the outside firepit, but you need to supply your own firewood. That was fine with us, but once inside, there was a sign asking that only fireplace logs can be used inside. I feel that the listing should reflect that more accurately. Everything else was perfect, and we were able to use the outdoor firepit each night.

Myself and 5 friends stayed at the home and hiked one day. We loved the location especially as one of our group was unable to hike but close enough in town to grab lunch. After a long hike it was nice to use the hot tub, grill and cozy interior!

#### Ascendigo Summer '24

The property was as advertised, incredible! We enjoyed every aspect of the property. Close walks to main street and the local library. A quick drive up to Ascendigo summer camp at the CMC campus in Glenwood was great as well! We will look forward to staying here again next trip -Ascendigo Summer Camp family

#### Nice Property in Carbondale

This is a cute house that is good for a larger group. We were able to get a pack and play in the master closet and close that off, which is a huge plus when traveling with a toddler. Fans kept the house cool and the backyard and hot tub are really nice.

#### Boys snowboarding trip

Very comfortable beds. The home is very well stocked. Everything worked as it should. Very nice to have a Webber bbq. The hot tub was wonderful, older but worked great. Overall great stay and great easy drive up valley to all the ski resorts!! I’d stay again great value

#### Dream Stay

The house is spacious and well-maintained. The house is homey and well equipped, like the kitchen which had every utensil you could need which is not common in most rentals in my experience. Hot tub was great as was the decked out board game supply. The garage had ping pong and other games making there plenty to do for all ages. Short walk into town and an overall quiet neighborhood. Responsive and helpful host to boot. Hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed a nice stay here for our ski vacation to Snowmass. The property manager was very responsive in fixing a small problem in the bathroom. I appreciated their prompt communication and the property met all our expectations. Thanks!

A group of 7 of us have stayed here 2 years in a row now for ski weekends in Aspen and can't recommend the place enough. Great house, great location!

Clean sheets, more condiments in kitchen than most places, and everything worked. Pretty flowers but need maintenance on larger plants and some of the outdoor furniture. Would recommend.
