Modern, well appointed
A very well appointed property - modern, clean and in a quiet residential pocket with a great view. The village of Carantec is easily walkable for people without restricted mobility - maybe a mile away - and has a choice of restaurants etc. Wider area is ideal for coastal walks and so on, and the house is well located for easy road access. The property management service was good - responsive and professional. Communication with the owner was not good for us in the sense that we did not get any responses to questions etc. and seemed to receive automated type emails only. This didn't really affect our holiday as the property management service worked well. Only one hand towel and one large (bath) towel per person is supplied (and no change of bedding). For a 10 day break I think this is insufficient. I asked for, and received, extra towels (one more bath and one more hand) but it feels a little mean spirited to me to ration towels like this.

Très jolie villa, moderne et bien équipée
Nous nous sommes retrouvés en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants et nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Le jacuzzi est nettement un plus même en automne. Nous recommandons ce gîte. En outre, accueil très sympathique d'Aymeric Soissons.

Maison en excellent état, parfaitement équipée. Vue magnifique, environnement très calme. Procédure d’arrivée et de départ parfaite. Pas à proximité immédiate des commodités ; ce qui n’était pas un problème cependant. Idéale pour la famille de 7 adultes et trois enfants que nous étions, dans un bien joli coin de Bretagne. Golf, tennis, club nautique, belles plages, ballades, ont permis à tous de passer un excellent séjourner à Carantec. Nous recommandons vivement !

Schönes, neues Haus
Wir haben mir 4 Paaren eine Woche im September 2021 in dieser schönen , neu gebauten Ferienvilla verbracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es gibt im ganzen Haus nur zwei WCs., eines im Erd- und eines im Untergeschoss. Das WC im Untergeschoss ist noch nicht einmal mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet! Leider ging dies so aus der Beschreibung des Objektes im Internet leider nicht hervor.
