This house consists of three rooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioner. You also have a half ba#o. As for its safety, it is located on a street with controlled access and 24/7 security. It has an electrified fence, CCTV and fences in windows and doors. It is located in a very quiet and safe area near the main embassies. It has WIFI, DirectTV and large format TV. The house has an emergency power plant and a large water tank.

The decor is very well achieved and the equipment is very complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The house has a garden area of 80m2 exclusively for guests. You have to use stairs.
