Age policies are different between rental suppliers, so be prepared to do some research. Found an Uganda supplier that does rent to drivers under the age of 25? That’s great! Just bear in mind that some companies charge additional fees to drivers aged between 21 and 24. The terms and conditions of each rental car you’re looking at should have all the details you need.
