The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a pyrmaid bunk bed with a full and twin and a private balcony. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Relax in the spacious living room, which includes a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy dining together in the dining area. Step out onto the screened lanai to soak in the incredible scenery overlooking a tranquil water feature, the lush golf course, and out to the sparkling Gulf, Pass, and North Captiva. While resort amenities are not included, guests have access to the association's heated pool, BBQ grills, and tennis court. This second-floor walk-up condo requires a 5-night minimum stay.
