This property is for guests who are a bit more selective about where they choose to stay. Our property has a luxury coastal feel and has 2 bedrooms on the main level (both queen beds). The bedroom closest to the water has an en-suite bathroom. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open and luxurious. There is a deck with comfortable seating and water views out to the Gulf of Mexico, Bay, and Pine Island Sound. Upstairs is the primary suite and den with a sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a queen bed looking directly out onto the water with an en-suite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Amenities at Lands End include a heated pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Easy walk over to the beach over the golf course walkway. While you won't have resort amenity access, you are saving 20-50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee, and get to choose your unit. Five-night minimum stay required and 6 guests maximum occupancy. Important Notes Private Management This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. Beach Gear Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit. Construction & Maintenance Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.
