Depending on the outdoor temp it may be above or below that. Please leave the pool gate shut, no diving and there is no lifeguard on duty. \~5 Kayaks and lifejackets are also included for free with your stay! Please return them to the rack before you leave. \~Golf cart is street legal and can be used to tour Captiva or run to a restaurant or shop. It can not leave Captiva. There were 6 adults and 5 children in our party. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The location was ideal for us as we brought 2 flats boats and were able to secure them to the dock. The dock has power and water. We did tap in PVC poles to keep the boats off the dock during low tide. The family enjoyed the kayaks in Rooservelt Channel. The beach access is across the street and was a quick walk to the beach. If you need any beach supplies, they have them for you in the garage. The adults fished the beach at 6 am and caught some fantastic snook. We enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart to get to downtown Captiva. The kitchen has excellent supplies and appliances. We had a few issues with the house. I notified Jake and he was professional, appreciative and took care of them. I would return to this place again. ##### Audrey j. Bikes were great to take into Capitva and the golf cart was so much fun. The best part was that we could fish out the back and a short walk to the beach at the front.
