Boasting high-end finishes and beautiful coastal decor, this unit aims to please even the most discerning of guests. The Space: This residence is a one bedroom, two bathroom Bayside Villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large lanai overlooking the marina, and sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with granite countertops. The bedroom features ample closet space and a large flatscreen Smart TV. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and flatscreen smart TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat (booked through South Seas Marina) and the view from the condo was fantastic.
