« The Refuge Inn staff made me feel right at home. Easy check in, regardless we were early and we had a room in the first floor which was wonderful since we had access to the mini forest/patio area perfect for my two kids, 2 and 7. The yard also had access to the pool which was beautiful covered in plants and half outdoor/indoor. the hot tub did have a little too much chemical but it was clean. For every day we stayed breakfast was included. I would def stay here again. »

« We had an amazing time at the purple door! We wrre able to brimg our fur baby which was a HUGE plus. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived knowing we made a good choice. Its a very cute little place. There was never a claim to be a luxury, upscale rental. Yes there could be a few updates. The air conditioner worked fine for us in a heatwave. « Nick is an excellent host. The home was so fun for our family to stay in. The view is so beautiful and peaceful. It is even more beautiful in person. Short drive to reach Chincoteague and Assateague. Stocked with everything you need. I walked down the street and got a massage using the info provided in the house.
