The modern apartment is on the ground floor of an original building from the early 17th century that has been completely renovated. Independent, with a terrace, fenced parking space, and a panoramic swimming pool in the park. Bright living room with comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and dining area. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer. Sleeping area with bright double bedroom, wall wardrobe. It offers a total of 4 beds for adults. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Windowed bathroom with bathtub shower and bidet . If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you! In less than 10 minutes (7km) by car, you are on the shores of Lake Garda and in 3 minutes (2km) in the center of Caprino Veronese, where on Saturdays you can enjoy a pleasant walk to the traditional weekly market or explore excellent hiking and biking trails. In half an hour's drive, you are "under the balcony of Romeo and Juliet" in Verona and with another hour and a half, you can take a nice day trip to the romantic and unique lagoon city of Venice. Lake Garda's biggest theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and Parco Natura Viva are less than 20 minutes away by car. Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00\. Check-out at 10.00 in the morning. Jun 28, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub Alles im allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Fenster auf ist echt schwierig da beide Schlafzimmerfenster direkt an der Straße sind die doch recht befahren ist und daher unglaublich laut. Eine Klimaanlage würde Abhilfe verschaffen. Sauberkeit war recht gut manche Ecken könnten sauberer sein und die Matte in der Dusche muss auch nicht sein. Der Pool war Traumhaft mit super Aussicht schön wären zwei Liegen für die Wohnung gewesen da man keine andere bekommt da sie immer reserviert waren. Das alles sind nur Kleinigkeiten . Mit unseren Hunden war es auch kein Problem wenn man sich an die Mittagspause hält da es in Italien sehr ernst genommen wird. Noch positiv zu erwähnen war der eigene Parplatz der auch sehr groß war . Die anderen Wohnungen sind alle Eigentumswohnungen und von den Besitzern selbst bewohnt. Man muss sich also zu benehmen wissen, damit man nicht unangenehm auffällt.
