Good hotel
Hotel, staff and room were good. Had amazing views as well. Only Breakfast was a big disappointment, its bread was just like a rubber.

The property looked very good and 4-star until we got to the room. The room was more a 3-3.5 star. The paint was chipping from walls and baseboards and the bathroom had damaged tiles. The room was supposed to be a sea-view room. At best, it could be called a partial sea-view when you stood at the far left of the balcony and craned your neck to look past the tree that was blocking your view. On top of that, we asked the hotel to set up a private boat tour of Capri. They set us up with a run-down boat and a rough captain that fought with the people working at the Blue Grotto entrance. It was unsatisfactory.

More of a 3 star hotel. Sheets were stiff and rigid, bathroom was super small. Definitely not worth the price.. this is the most overpriced hotel I have been to. Would not come back.

Room was dirty. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioning broke. Balcony doors automatically lock behind you when closed. Gym is two pieces of equipment and only open during 7-6pm. Pool closes at 6pm.

Hotel is in a great location. Nice pool. The room itself was spacious with a nice balcony but the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The air conditioning would not stop running no matter what I did to turn it off. Our first night in Capri I did not sleep. The manager was understanding and moved us to a better room which had a functioning AC and better bed.

Great hotel and a good price. Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Close to main square-10 minutes walking. Breakfast had few options. VERY difficult to get a taxi.

Nice clean property, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool bar was nice for drinks and snacks. From the main road to the hotel there are some stairs and a little bit of a walk to arrive at the property, the luggage porters were a great help with their electric cart.

What a gem on this beautiful island! I was severely sea sick on the trip to Capri, and the gentleman that checked us in was so kind and understanding. The room we had overlooked the pool and had a sea view. It was absolutely stunning! The breakfast was fantastic! Eating on the patio staring out over the sea, just made our stay all the more special. Only small issue was that we couldn’t work the shower ver well - only one pane of glass to keep the water in, and we didn’t do a very good job. The service from housekeeping to breakfast to reception to porters, was the best! Stay here when going to Capri!

Excellent Stay
Lovely hotel very near centre of Capri. We had a nice big room with a balcony and spacious bathroom. Slightly uphill walk into the centre but only about 5 mins to shops, restaurants and buses. Included breakfast was also excellent, staff all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The property to very close to town center with many options to eat , sit , people watch and have a drink. The property is over priced. I paid for a sea view room and I was able to see a very small portion of the sea and the resort blocks a bigger portion. The food at the resort is as expected - commercial. There are many places in town more delectable.

Worn down bathrooms. There was a huge worm in our room. No proper blankets. Rust in all corners of the bathroom. Whole room smelled like mold and wet clothes. I felt very uncomfortable in that room as someone who looks for cleanliness. It’s not worth the high price. I don’t know how it’s considered a 4 star hotel.

I get it…everything in Capri is expensive in the summer…but this was hardly a $600 per night hotel. The bed is by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Hard and about as thick as a wooden plank. The rooms did not have Kleenex (tissue). The breakfast was underwhelming. The bed cover was about 50 years old…this wasn’t a Villa - this was a motel. All that said, the silver lining was the refreshing pool at the end of our hot days. Decent walking to the square. Very nice and helpful staff. This place just needs a renovation…bad…

Just a perfect stay
Everything was amazing we had an amazing balcony room overlooking the pool and the sea, breakfast was superb and a great selection of hot cold, cakes, fruit etc, the pool was lovely and so was the bar area. I we would like to single out Maria the beverage manager as someone who was so friendly, smiley and always on hand to get you anything you wanted. All great.

For the price, this hotel way exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and very helpful; breakfast was nice: and the pool area was a pleasant surprise. The property is located in town so a bit noisy but not bad. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Capri.

Amazing hospitality
Fabulous night in Capri at a beautiful hotel. The room was gorgeous although the floor felt a little dirty the rest was perfect. We had some trouble with the credit card key/ power but the staff was great about it. They recommended an outstanding restaurant for dinner. At the pool we ordered a drink and they brought us a feast to go with it! Amazing hospitality. Highly recommend!

The Della Piccalo Marina was in a really nice location. The staff were really friendly and helpfull and couldn't do enough to help. The room was nice but the plug sockets wouldn't work apart from 2 so we did have issues as the TV and Hairdryer didn't work. The Aperol Spritz are highly recommended.
