The view is wonderful and the large terrace on the dock of Capri is truly unique. The terrace is private, furnished with all the comforts, overlooking the marina, and enjoys the view of Vesuvius, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast. You can sunbathe, enjoy the sunset or dine by candlelight. Double independent entrance. A few steps away the famous Funicular that in six minutes leads to "Piazzetta": the "Salotto di Capri" with its exclusive shopping. This unit is part of an old restored Napoleonic Guardhouse Fort. Discreet luxury, strategic location, excellent accessibility, independence, great charm, a breathtaking view with a terrace right on the sea overlooking the Marina Grande of Capri. To make the holiday more comfortable, a local housekeeper will give service to the house an hour every day and you can give you your time preference at the booking moment. (Possible additional service can be requested) Guests are offered a "welcome luxury courtesy kit by Carthusia", famous Capri brand from the Certosa. A gardener will take care of the outdoor space.
