Helpful staff. Good location. Wish thete were more information on the website, such as direction from the ferry. We ended up walking up the steep steps, not knowing that we could taken the funicular

Really good all round hotel and facilities, slightly spoilt by giving us substandard room first night, however promptly rectified after discussion and more than adequate upgraded room for rest of stay

The hotel has good ‘bones’ , rooms with balconies and real sea views, a nice table and two brand new lounges. Bathrooms were clean but both the faucet and the shower are old and calcified, making the spray uneven and hard on the skin. Towels were tired and grey - definitely in need of a change, as was the vinyl shower curtain. The pool is the best feature, and the pool bar staff was friendly, serving good drinks (albeit expensive - same prices as in the piazzetta!). The room fridge did not work and the staff kind of shrugged it off - it needs to be changed I was told ... (really... tell me more) The restaurant appears to be a missed opportunity - both evenings we were there it was eerily empty despite its great views. I understand that in the evenings after the day visitors and cruise ship crowds leave it’s time for the “struscio” (see and be seen) in Capri’s piazzetta (which we enjoyed) but I am still puzzled by the lack of initiative to get guests to stop by for a relaxing drink and a snack. The lobby/restaurant bar is also obviously poorly stocked and couldn’t even serve a good cappuccino. The included breakfast was acceptable, but the staff was inattentive and appeared ‘burdened’ by some labour malaise. Overall slightly overpriced (about $300 a night), but it is worth staying there if you are not seeking fine hotel services: for us, it delivered what we wanted, but we’ll probably book elsewhere next time we visit.

Great facilities and staff! Check in experience qas very good. Staff was hwlpful. Great breakfast!

Generally very child accepting, so good for families. We would have eaten at the hotel, but the prices were a little steep for us.
