Holiday Home 'Villa D'Oro' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday home Villa D’Oro is located in a quiet village made up of detached houses and small rows. It is situated between two districts, Frutti D’Oro and La Maddalena (Sant’Efisio beach), about 4 km from Capoterra. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a tobacconist, pharmacy and shopping centre.



Villa D’Oro features three spacious double bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to eight people. Surrounded by a green private garden, the house is in a very quiet and well-served residential area.



The villa is located near the sea, only ten minutes from the airport and the city of Cagliari, in a strategic position to easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Southern Sardinia.



The private terrace with sea view offers a comfortable and charming environment, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a splendid panoramic view of the sea.
