### I Chioppi 6 in the Mola Natural Park

The apartment is located in a small residence near the sea, in a very quiet area. Simple but well furnished, it has a mezzanine where there is a double bed, while in the lower part there is a sofa bed.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006\. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on opening periods.  
We are inside a small residence in the Mola plain, a Naturalistic Park that is part of the larger Tuscan Archipelago, immersed in dense Mediterranean scrub rich in island marine fauna and particular spontaneous vegetation that grows between the countryside and the sea. It remains close to a natural inlet of sand mixed with gravel, with convenient parking and easy access for people with disabilities. It is not one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, but a very suggestive authentic seaside place, where peace and silence reign, perfect for a walk on the shore with the Gulf opening out in front full of many boats that in this stretch of calm sea they seek shelter.  
It is located right on the border between the municipalities of Capoliveri and Porto Azzuro, which makes it a perfect junction area for those who want to enjoy both sides at 360 degrees and an excellent base for those who want to tour the island.

Agentur hat kurz vor der Schlusszahlung ohne erkennbaren grund storniert. Auf Nachfragen wurde auch nicht reagiert. Es wurde sich weder entschuldigt noch kam eine Erklärung. Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig und man konnte die innen Tür nicht abschließen. Das Inserat ist nicht wie beschrieben.

#### Casa comoda ed essenziale

Le foto non corrispondono, la casa é stata rimodernata, essenziale e comoda. Posizione comoda per raggiungere spiagge e paesini bellissimi. Zona silenziosa. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un giardinetto più curato, ma tutto sommato é andato bene così. Il giardino é perfettamente recintato, ottimo per i nostri 2 cani.
