Only a few steps from the sea and surrounded by untouched nature, Villa Artistica with a total of 5 holiday apartments is situated on a spacious, well-kept property. The child-friendly apartment 2 for up to 4 persons on the ground floor has a living-dining room with 2 sofa beds and TV, a functionally equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a private, furnished terrace and a communal garden with barbecue area and sea view. Shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants and bars are available in nearby Capoliveri and can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
