In a fantastic location with a breathtaking sea view, the three-room apartment has two kitchen rooms with large windows that, if fully open, create a real outdoor kitchen that is extremely spacious and connected with the external porches where you can eat cheered by the wonderful sea view . Sep 26, 2018 #### great stay we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the view from the apartment‘s terrace (which also kind of serves as an open kitchen on sunny days). through olive trees you are looking onto the gulf of stella with the town of capoliveri in the back. it‘s a ten minute walk up the (steep) hill into town with lots of lovely restaurants, winebars and lookouts. also ten minutes away down the hill there is a small (and stony) beach with a little beachbar. there are far nicer beaches on the island but this one is still worth a stay. the apartment is also a good spot to go explore the peninsula calamita walking or by bike. luca is a very friendly and uncomplicated host, who is always accessible when needed living just next door. certainly we will choose to stay with luca when back on the island! ##### Klaas M. The house has a big garden with olive trees and cactuses. The parking place is in front of the door. The flat is clean and the interior is new. It is air conditioned and you have allways helpfully to prepair a good dinner at home. You can use the shower outside after your beach day. The view from the terrace is spectacular for a romantic evenings, there is no noise and no people. You walk ca. 10 minutes to Capoliveri City and ca. 10 minutes to the sea. Capoliveri is a beautiful small town with a lot of restaurants and shops. We found a great bar directly on the Piazza with a lot different kinds of Gin :-) Great vacation! ##### Martin W. Absolut ruhig, es ist kein Auto zu sehen oder zu hören. Sehr freundliche Vermieterfamilie, Luca ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort um alles. Capoliveri ist in 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar, ein malerischer Ort mit ganz vielen tollen Lokalen. Wir haben 5 Strände zu Fuß erreicht (wir sind gute Wanderer) Das Meer wunderschön klar, super zur Schnorcheln. Der Einstieg nicht überall ganz einfach über Steine und Felsen. Unser Auto haben wir nur 1 Mal benutzt um nach Portoferraio zu fahren. Mein Tipp: ein großes Mosquito Netz für übers Bett mitnehmen (Haken ist über dem Bett) oder Mückennetz für die Balkontüre und das Badfenster. ##### Thomas H. Wir hatten die kleine Ferienwohnung im Haus. Diese ist (für uns) völlig ausreichend gewesen. Es ist alles vorhanden wie im Inserat angegeben. Eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirr, Kochfläche, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Geschirrspüler (Tabs sind vorhanden). Wir haben jeden Morgen beim Frühstück den tollen Ausblick vom Balkon genossen. Nutzung der Waschmaschine im separaten Waschraum ist inklusive. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs und haben auswärts gegessen. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme sind vorhanden (nur zur Info). Die Familie wohnt unten im Haus, was ein Vorteil für Absprachen ist. Wir haben es über Google Translater gut gemeistert (italienisch, englisch). Wir haben nirgens bisher einen so reibungslosen checkin bzw.checkout erfahren, was für ein vertrauens- und respektvolles Zusammenleben mit den Gästen spricht. Wir können die Ferienunterkunft zu 100 Prozent empfehlen und kommen selbst auch wieder, denn die Zeit war einfach zu kurz für diese wünderschöne Insel. ##### Marén V. In absolut ruhiger Hanglage bietet es auf zwei Terrassen einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Elba und das Meer! Der direkte Blick auf Palmen, Olivenbäume und Pinienwälder mit dem Meer im Hintergrund ermöglicht vom ersten Tag an, dass man sich wohlfühlt und erholt. Eine kleine Strandbucht ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso nah ist der oberhalb gelegene Ort Capoliveri. Zahlreiche Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus durchzuführen, sodass unser Auto tagelang im beschatteten Unterstand stehen blieb. Die sehr freundlichen und ständig hilfsbereiten Besitzer, Luca Ambrogi und seine Familie, wohnen im Haupthaus und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen oder Anregungen für Unternehmungen zur Verfügung. Luca und seine Familie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die stets für alle Fragen da sind und jederzeit mit allem geholfen haben. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement enthält alles was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt, ist liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet und dekoriert; für uns war es perfekt. Der Garten der Anlage sowie das gesamte Anwesen sind wunderschön und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die grünen Hänge atemberaubend. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar abends sitzen und dem Meer und den wedelnden Palmen lauschen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für alle die Entspannung und Ruhe in einer wunderschönen Umgebung suchen. Man kann in Kürze den Ort Capoliveri zu Fuß erreichen (geht etwas bergauf) mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Hier lässt sich wirklich hervorragend essen. Ebenso schnell gelangt man zu Fuß zu einem nahegelegenen Strand. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir sind wirklich begeistert von villa tramontistella und sehr dankbar, dass wir diesen schönen Ort gefunden haben und hier so herzlich willkommen waren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Villa zurückkehren, da wir uns keine schönere Unterkunft vorstellen können, um einen Urlaub auf Elba zu verbringen. Die gesamte Abwicklung mit Luca war vollkommen unkompliziert und er war immer ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Bergdorf oder an einen kleinen Strand. La casa era perfetta in una posizione vista mare immersa nella macchia mediterranea, con i confort necessari phon, tv, Wifi e clima. Eine wirklich traumhafte Lage: mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen (zwei Ferienwohnungen und eine Wohnung, in welcher Luca, der Eigentümer wohnt) befindet sich das Haus in ruhiger Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Palmen. Die Terasse bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Es sind nur wenige Minuten hinab zu einem kleinen Strand und wenige Minuten hinauf nach Capoliveri, mit unzähligen wirklich guten Restaurants. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Dies ist beileibe nicht in allen Ferienwohnungen der Fall. Für das Fahrzeug gibt es einen schattigen Platz, Luca hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Er kümmert sich eben sehr gut um seine Gäste. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. ##### Bernd D. Villa Tramontistella liegt in einem weitläufigen Olivenhain, keine fünf Min zu Fuß vom Zentrum Caploliveries oder 10 min vom Strand entfernt und doch sehr ruhig.
