Bagno piccolo che necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione. La casa è piuttosto isolata considerando che la strada per raggiungerla oltre che sterrata è in forte pendenza e dissestata. Casa consigliata solo a chi possiede un Suv ed è avezzo alla guida in montagna.
