Die Räume sind grosszügig und über drei Etagen verteilt, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll zusammengestellt und sehr individuell. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder auf der 1.Etage, eins der Bäder hat allerdings nur eine kleine Badewanne die sich zum Duschen nicht eignet. Mit Kindern ist die Wohnung nur bedingt zu nutzen da eine steile und offene Wendeltreppe zur Küche und zum grossen Essbereich führt. Eine kleine Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick (der auch von allen Zimmern besteht) rundet das Wohnerlebnis ab. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Verwalterin ist top, sie sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Und die Lage ist perfekt, in der Altstadt gelegen und doch sehr ruhig, man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuss. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!! ##### sabine l. Morgens kann man zwischen Kaffee mit Aussicht oder in einem der nahen Cafés wählen, tagsüber sind viele schöne Strände oder Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und abends kann man das Nightlife in Capoliveri erleben. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung vollkommen ruhig und wir haben den Tag auf der Dachterrasse begonnen und beendet. Vielen Dank an Frau Kranz, auch für die tollen Tipps! ##### Ingeborg G. Das Frühstück am großen Tisch in der Küche mit Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig. Mit Kindern sollte man wissen, dass Parkmöglichkeiten um die Stadt herum gegeben sind und die Wege treppauf treppab gemeistert werden müssen. Die Wohnung war Ausgangspunkt zu vielerlei Unternehmungen, für alle was dabei: Wandern in der nahgelegenen Calamita, lauschige Strände und Buchten, weitgehend zu Fuss erreichbar. In einer sehr privaten Atmosphäre umgeben von guten Büchern und Filmen mit viel Platz verteilt auf 3 Etagen waren wir inspiriert und angeregt die vielen schönen Eindrücke aufzunehmen und bei kühler Brise abends auf der kleinen Dachterasse zu beschliessen. Es war, obwohl nur einige Meter vom trubeligen Geschehen auf den Gassen ringsum herrlich ruhig und in alle Himmelsrichtungen hinaus vor uns das blaue Meer! Wir haben uns in Capoliveri sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Wohn- und Schlafräume sind sehr gemütlich und die Dachterrasse macht das Ganze perfekt. Wir haben den tollen Meerblick aus allen Fenstern täglich genossen. Dank der zentralen Lage ist man sofort mitten im Geschehen, aber trotzdem ist es im Haus sehr ruhig. Man kann nachts bedenkenlos die Fenster offen lassen. Wir waren begeistert trotz der zentralen Lage absolut ungestört und mit frischer Brise schlafen zu können. Morgens Café auf der Terrasse und Abends Apertivo bei Sonnenuntergang.
