The furniture is falling apart and taped together (and could be seen in photos provided in albums at the home dated 1998) , pillows and duvets stained, cramped closets and living spaces, kitchen counter peeling off. Communication was good. When I sent photos of stains, the did purchase 3 new bed duvets. When I told them a door was hanging on by 1 hinge, they sent a handyman within 24 hrs. ##### Laura H. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids. Teens took the room upstairs with full bed and single bed. Kids and adults downstairs. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash for us to use. Location is wonderful. Nice beach in front of complex. Restaurants and shops are a very short distance so we could just come back to the house whenever we needed anything. Parking is a nightmare so keep that in mind when deciding how many cars you need to bring. The city website for parking is confusing. Make sure you pay attention. Everyone in my party was happy with our stay and we'd recommend staying here. ##### Andi S.
