Designed with outdoor living in mind, this home is perfect for entertaining and making the most of those sunny days. Relax and unwind on the covered deck with stunning views towards San Remo, while the kids enjoy the spacious, fully fenced backyard.   
  
Inside, the modern renovation features a well equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the open-plan dining and living area. Comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and both reverse-cycle heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, while a Coonara fire place adds warmth on chilly nights.   
  
This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is located in a highly sought after, quiet area of Cape Woolamai, offering a peaceful retreat that's sure to delight!  
  
\*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\*  
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.  
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.  
  
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.  
  
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
