This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table. Outside you will find a hot outdoor shower, large deck including gas bbq and outdoor table and chairs, covered by a large shade sail. Plenty of room for safe off street parking for cars, boats, trailers and bikes. All tide boat ramp at Newhaven approximately 3km Well behaved dogs allowed on request. No dogs on the lounge or beds.
