There is a central dining table and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has gas cooking, a large fridge, microwave and lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining out on the deck. The main bedroom is off the lounge with double doors that can be left open or closed for privacy, the main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a new split system. There is a small attic bedroom that is the double bedroom it is accessed by a small flight of internal stairs, and the other two bedrooms lead off the living area. The laundry is on a lower level with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a family bathroom and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A great feature of this home is the covered outdoor entertaining deck, there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The decking area looks over the back garden area, which has its own gate to keep it fully fenced if the front gate is open. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat or other watercraft. This really is a lovely home with everything you will need for a fun family holiday or weekend getaway and only a short 5 minute walk to beach or general store and food and surf shops. Pets are welcome - Strictly outside only (Conditions apply) \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
