I simply asked her to check if my room rate was settled or not, as I was not sure if I had paid for the room rate before arrival or not. "Rooms were not clean and dusty. The second day, we left the room in the morning and came back late afternoon and the cleaning was don’t done. We phoned them and they told us that they didn’t have the second key to go clean. The indoor pool was smelly and not clean and they didn’t have any towels. The chech in wasn’t only at 4 pmand check out at 10. Coming from far with 2 kids I ask a earlier check in that they accept. They did instead the check in at 2pm."
