New York-style living in this funky, industrial loft 1-bedroom  
 apartment, located in Cape Town's up-and-coming East City Precinct.  
 This hub is home to some of the best coffee shops, art studios, and  
 hipster hangouts in Cape Town. Immaculately kitted out, large, bright,  
 and comfortable loft apartment.  
  
 The Space:  
  
 This large open space is located in a secure apartment block and has a  
 loft bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed for a relaxed night's  
 rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.  
  
 Wake up to the bustling energy of the city and step outside to find  
 yourself surrounded by popular attractions such as Long, Bree, and  
 Kloof streets, known for their trendy cafes, bars, and shops. Across  
 the street from world-famous Truth Coffee Roasting, voted the world's  
 best coffee shop for two consecutive years. The apartment is situated  
 in an up-and-coming gentrified area, known for its vibrant community
