The apartment is centrally located with 10 min drive to Claremont & Kirstenbosch gardens, 2 min drive to Constantia and Constantia wine farms, 20 min drive to Town and the V&A Waterfront.  
  
Largely unaffected by load-shedding as the apartment is on an essential grid.  
The space  
Charming and modern newly completed open plan apartment has been beautifully appointed. Furnished to compliment the space, creating an intimate and luxurious living environment which leads to the covered balcony to the west.  
  
Enjoy Cape Town’s magnificent sunsets from the balcony overlooking the beautiful Constantia valley and Table mountain Ranges.  
  
A quality double bed fitted with crisp white linen and superior duvet and pillows, promise a good nights sleep after exploring the Constantia Winelands and beyond.  
  
The bathrooms large walk in shower comes with soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as plush bath towels to freshen up before or after a long day out.  
  
Head out and visit one of Cape Town’s farmers’ markets and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or find your way to Muizenberg beach and try your hand at surfing on the ideal beginners wave for miles.
