Located in the beautiful mother city of Cape Town, in the popular area of Century City you will be centrally located with convenience at your doorstep. The apartment is situated a short distance from the well-known Canal Walk Shopping Centre as well as The Century City park where you can enjoy the beauty of nature surrounding you. The apartment features an open plan design of the living space which includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience, a dining area seating 4 guests and a cozy lounge fitted with a flat-screen TV. Leading out from the living space is a gorgeous patio/garden area with outside furniture where you can sit and enjoy the serenity of the outdoors. The apartment is in a secure complex with remote control access and provides access to a swimming pool as well as braai facilities. The stylish bedroom in this unit offers a comfy queen size bed with fresh linen. The immaculate bathroom includes a shower, toilet, basin and clean towels. This is your opportunity to be at ease in a beautifully furnished apartment in a 24/7 secured building. With various restaurants within walking distance, safe parking, and all the conveniences this 15-minute city has to offer, everything is at your fingertips. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time.
