This magnificent 5-bedroom, en-suite villa is situated in the sough-after and elevated Exeter Road, meaning views for days stretching from just about every room. The villa is located in a private estate, ensuring additional peace of mind. Indoor spaces are voluminous, both in height and breadth. Double volume floor to ceiling glass windows allow an abundance of natural light to stream in. Décor is immaculate and inviting, understatedly plush in muted tones of beige and grey, complemented by original artifacts and layered with splashes of colour in a considered selection of curated furniture, throws, scatter cushions, and rugs. The open plan, classic-contemporary kitchen is bathed in natural light and features all the expected mod cons. A second, smaller kitchen with a bar area is ideal for guests wanting to "do it themselves", or opt to have a private chef for an evening of food theatre. Outdoors, a sprawling level lawn beckons for children to run and play within the safe and spacious confines of the immaculately kept gardens. In addition, a jungle gym and large pool will ensure young ones are entertained while parents get some much needed downtime, reading a book or savouring some of the areas fine wines on one of the villa’s numerous outdoor terraces.
