Located directly across from the secluded Bali Beach and just a short stroll from the vibrant heart of Camps Bay, this charming studio offers a front-row seat to the rhythm of the waves and the glow of Cape Town’s famous sunsets.  
  
The Space:  
The studio features a bright and airy open-plan layout that flows effortlessly onto a sun-drenched terrace with a beautiful communal pool, and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxed mornings or summer dips in the pool.   
  
Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed with a cozy sleeping area (with a king-size or twin bed setup), a compact yet fully equipped kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV. Wooden shutters open wide to reveal uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, letting in the sea breeze and the soothing sound of the surf. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and all essentials are provided to ensure a carefree stay.   
  
Just 500 meters away, Camps Bay’s lively beachfront awaits with its array of trendy cafés, fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, and boutique shops. Whether you're in the mood for a beach day, a scenic hike, or a night out, everything is within easy reach. Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:  
The MyCiti connects you to the Waterfront, CBD and beaches beyond. The famous red "hop-on hop-off bus" also stops at the Waterfront and is a great way to explore our beautiful city on your first day.  
  
Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.
