Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a warm, open-plan living space bathed in natural light, tastefully decorated to create an inviting and tranquil atmosphere. A modern kitchenette, equipped with an electric plate stove, an air fryer, a microwave, a kettle, and a minibar fridge, features everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. A Nespresso machine with a frother is also available. The dining area is fitted with a large wooden dining table with seating for up to six guests, creating a convenient space to enjoy the company of loved ones, while the lounge features a flat-screen television, a coffee table, and leather sofas with plush cushions. The apartment features secure parking and internet access throughout the property. A glass sliding door leads to a spacious balcony that offers stunning views of the ocean and mountains. The balcony is equipped with an outdoor braai (barbecue), comfortable loungers, and a dining set that seats up to six people, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 52 Suikerbossie Drive, Gordons Bay, 7151.
