Ideally positioned just off the main road, away from noisy traffic with amazing views. It’s a friendly & safe neighborhood, a place for you to both work and relax. The apartment is a short 2 min walk to Blouberg beach, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and retailers. The apartment is very well equipped, and you will miss absolutely nothing during your stay. The space This apartment offers magnificent views of Table Mountain and Atlantic Ocean from the apartment. A modern two-bedroom apartment with contemporary design, open plan kitchen, living area opening onto a huge balcony where you can view . stunning sunsets. Witness awesome sunrises over the Durbanville hills from the kitchen area. Wake up to stunning views of Table Mountain across the ocean from the master bedroom. The other bedroom has two single beds with spacious cupboard. The entrance balcony has a beautiful view of the surrounding locality & Durbanville Hills. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary items. The apartment has a smart tv with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime. There are 2 bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower while the common bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The building is extremely well maintained and is cleaned regularly. It has many long-term resident families hence no loud parties are allowed. The apartment has one spacious covered lock-up garage in the basement and one open parking space on the ground floor.
