A fully equipped kitchen with all required appliances is provided in the apartment for self-catering guests. From the kitchen, a great living space with cosy furniture and stunning views of Table Mountain can be seen. The apartment has two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, and can accommodate up to four people. The apartments' bedrooms provide views of Table Mountain and Blouberg Beach, while the balcony makes the perfect spot to enjoy those famous Cape Town sunsets. Numerous restaurants and retail establishments are close by, and on-site private and secure parking is free. Seacrest Luxury Beachfront Apartment - Blouberg Beach is located 26 kilometers from Cape Town International Airport and 19 kilometers from the V&A Waterfront. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
