Welcome to Sausalito 201, a beautifully airy and light-filled apartment  
nestled in the vibrant, ocean-facing suburb of Sea Point. This spacious  
and modern retreat is perfect for up to four guests, offering a  
tranquil coastal atmosphere just a short walk away from the sparkling  
Atlantic Ocean.  
  
Sausalito 201 boasts two elegantly decorated bedrooms, each designed  
with comfort and style in mind. The first bedroom features a luxurious  
queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a cosy double bed. The  
apartment includes two bathrooms; the master bedroom’s ensuite comes  
with a sleek shower and toilet, while the shared bathroom provides a  
shower/bath combo and toilet, all with modern glass finishes that add a  
touch of sophistication.  
  
The living space in Sausalito 201 is open and inviting, with large  
windows that flood the apartment with natural light, creating a bright  
and welcoming environment. The lounge area has a flat-screen TV and air

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 201 Sausalito, 14 Hall Rd, Sea Point Cape Town  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
