This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a harmonious blend of modern living and convenient access to amenities and recreational spots. It's a perfect sanctuary for you and your loved ones to call home while enjoying the best that the neighbourhood and Blouberg beach have to offer.  
The space  
Exterior:  
The house is situated in a friendly and safe neighborhood with well-maintained gardens and a cozy back yard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. The exterior has a traditional design, with neutral colors and large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten up the interior.  
  
Living Room and Dining Area:  
As you step inside, you are greeted by an open plan living room and dining area. The space is thoughtfully designed. The living room is spacious and inviting, offering ample room for entertainment and relaxation. The dining area is adjacent to the living room, creating a seamless flow for hosting family dinners.  
  
Kitchen:  
The full kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. To add convenience, there is also a washing machine discreetly tucked away in one corner. The kitchen has abundant storage space with sleek cabinets and a large countertop, making meal preparation a joy.  
  
Bedrooms:  
The house boasts three comfortable and well-lit bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, providing a private retreat within the home. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom, which is conveniently located in the hallway.

Guests are able to access all areas of the house except any cupboards, draws and cabinets that have been bolted shut or zip tied.
