Stylishly furnished and boasting beautiful wood floors and modern finishes, this one-bedroom apartment is the epitome of understated luxury. The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas oven and stove and a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The lounge includes a flat-screen TV and a sliding door leading to the furnished balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of the city and the sea in the distance. The single bedroom features a queen bed on a gorgeously rustic natural wood bedstead, accessing the single bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building’s rooftop swimming pool and braai/BBQ facility as they relax or mingle with friendly locals. When you’re ready to explore, 9 on S puts you right in the heart of the action. The City Centre is home to some of the best eateries, bars, art galleries, eclectic vintage clothing stores, historical sights, exciting nightclubs and more. With so much to see and experience, you're well on your way to an unforgettable trip. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in.
