### Namaste Cape Point

Dramatic cliffs drop off into the Atlantic Ocean as you approach the seaside conservation village of Scarborough. Nestled against a stunning mountainous backdrop with breath-taking views, this streamlined haven is what every surf shack wants to be when it grows up. The sophisticated, minimalist design allows for every creature comfort, but perhaps most luxurious of all is the way it dissolves the boundaries between the home and its unique setting at the edge of the majestic Cape Point Reserve.  
  
This contemporary, 5 bedroom, multi-level home has been designed specifically for relaxation in light, open living areas. There are clever breakaway spaces; a private veranda flowing from the abundant master suite; dining areas both indoors and out; a reading nook beneath the trees; a plunge, pool on the front deck; a Boma (fire pit in a comfortable and beautiful space); and a daybed on the lower deck - the perfect space to stretch out, relax and do absolutely nothing.  
  
The master bedroom on the upper level is a luxurious space with sliding doors leading to its own west / sea facing deck - panoramic view! There are two bedrooms on the middle level with access to the tranquil back garden and south facing deck. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms; a kitchenette, living room and outside open deck. The lower level is ideal for kids, young adults; or adults wanting a small degree of detachment from the rest of the property. The sea views are spectacular.
