The Space: This stunning Camps Bay villa is a welcoming place for a holiday. Just a 5-minute walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and Promenade. Enjoy the spacious living areas which flow easily from the inside lounge to the outside shaded dining area. The living areas are open plan to the modern fully equipped kitchen and perfect for entertaining. An inverter has been installed which powers lights, plugs and internet during periods of load shedding (electricity outages), which happens from time to time in South Africa. The sun deck has comfortable loungers where you can relax and hop into the private swimming pool. All while enjoying sea views. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with luxurious beds and are en-suite. Three of the 4 bedrooms have sea views, while the fourth bedroom looks onto Lion's Head and has a private balcony. On the lower level of the apartment is the TV room with large L-shaped sofas as well as a small gym area. LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered: The ceiling lights, television and decoder and the Wifi. What Isn’t Powered: Fridge, washing machine, air-conditioning and geyser What Doesn’t Require: There is a gas stove that works throughout load shedding. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. The Neighborhood: Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.
