 the Cape Town Stadium nearby. Explore an assortment of Espresso bars,  
 Italian restaurants, Cafes and Boutiques lining the Main Road and Sea  
 Point Promenade.  
  
 The Space:  
 This space effortlessly blends style with comfort offering an ideal  
 living space. This stylish 2-bedroom apartment offers an open-plan  
 living area with stunning views of Signal Hill. The fully equipped  
 kitchen, complete with modern appliances, is perfect for preparing  
 meals to enjoy around the dining table, comfortably seating four. The  
 spacious living area seamlessly transitions to a cozy lounge, ideal for
