The apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the busy Cape Town CBD and the Cape Town Stadium in Greenpoint where you will also find the beautiful Greenpoint Park for those lovely warm summer days. In a 5-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Cape Quarter Mall to quickly restock your kitchen or catch a bite to eat. Please note: No Smoking, No Pets or Parties are allowed.
