Conveniently located in Green Point within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium, the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park and the Sea Point Promenade. Table mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and just a scenic 10-15 minute drive away. The space: This vibrant 2 story townhouse seems to emulate the eclectic soul of Cape Town. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the home the perfect family escape. Modern appliances and finishes with tasteful use of colour throughout. The spacious upstairs loft-style bedroom is a dream-space with whitewashed tilted ceilings and large bay windows. There is an adjacent sunroom which opens onto a charming little balcony, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the mother city. The comfortable king size bed, aircon and en suite bathroom make this the perfect space to rest and relax. The ground floor has a natural flow from under the fragrant Frangipani, through the lounge and dining area into the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small courtyard with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after after those hot and sunny beach days. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and Juliet balcony located under the large Frangipani. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a classic clawfoot bathtub. Other amenities include: \* Garage parking (for a small car e.g. Toyota Corolla or Renault Megane size) \* Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. \* Uncapped fibre internet. ​ Guest access: Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the house to themselves. Other things to note: For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. This home has a strict no party rule and this needs to be adhered to, otherwise eviction from the property and a fine may be implemented. Jul 10, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### WARNED - Do not rent I am surprised I received a link to review as I cancelled this reservation due to a medical emergency with our son. He was brutally jumped and beaten in Thailand and we had to stay in the USA to meet him upon his return. I reached out to this host several times with no response as we had the location rented on the front end of the trip as well as the back end for a refund. Again, no response. I had to contact VRBO to explain the situation and open a case number. Joey and a female are not human. It was literally a matter of life and death with the head trauma to our son and they were unresponsive then unwilling to provide any type of a refund for a location that was not stayed in. Consider yourself warned. There are more than enough places to stay in Cape Town, believe me, I researched, but this would not be one of them. All other 5 VRBO locations issued a refund and expressed their deepest sympathy for our situation. Not this one! ##### Erin A.
