This family-friendly shopping centre is mostly an open-air centre and perfectly complements your stay. Located in the sought-after Eden on the Bay centre, you will find this one-bedroom studio apartment in Big Bay, Bloubergstrand. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient storage space with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a single induction cooker for your convenience, ensuring you enjoy a basic self-catering stay. The kitchen counter features barstools, creating an intimate sitting area for two. The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed with nightstands and a wardrobe, as well as a sliding door opening to a French balcony. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin with vanity and bathroom cabinet, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay. Eden on the Bay is a favoured destination for both locals and visitors. It features a vibrant mix of boutique retail stores, dining spots and everyday conveniences, all just steps away from the beach. Bloubergstrand is renowned for its stunning views of the iconic Table Mountain, making it one of the most photographed locations in Cape Town. The beach attracts both kitesurfers and beachgoers, adding to it's popularity. Additionally, Blouberg boasts some of the finest restaurants and coffee shops, where visitors can experience some of the best culinary delights that Cape Town has to offer. For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Beach Estate Blvd, Big Bay, Cape Town.
