Upon entering this modern, two-storey self-catering apartment, guests will immediately be met with views of the ocean, while the open plan living areas are stylish and accommodating to guests' needs. The dining area can seat up to 6 people, while the full kitchen consists of all the essentials needed to whip up a delicious meal. The home’s 3 bedrooms are spacious and stylishly furnished to match the atmosphere of the rest of the home and surrounding natural beauty. The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and balcony access with spectacular views. The secon bedroom has king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and balcony access. The final bedroom has 2 single beds, accessing the shared bathroom. The exciting City Centre is a short 20-minute drive away, easily accessible by catching a MyCiTi bus or an Uber. In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in.
