Burmeister on Park is a brand new development in the Seaside suburb of  
 Milnerton, Cape Town. The building's ideal location on the edge of  
 Milnerton Lagoon overlooking Lagoon Beach makes this modern apartment  
 the perfect accommodation for any seasoned traveler. The apartment  
 features stunning ocean and Lagoon views, carefully curated spaces, and  
 high-end appliances throughout. Ideal for leisure or business travel,  
 the apartment is located just 10 minutes from the city center.
