If you are booking on behalf of another guest, you confirm that you are taking responsibility for said guest and you will be held liable for any damages caused by or theft from the guest. You will be required, on the above confirmation process, to upload the ID verification of the guest that will be staying as well as yours.
Please note due to the self catering nature of this property, amenities will not be replenished during your stay.

Please note the following: the area is a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature and as such we have to request that you please respect the neighbours. No loud music and shouting after 11pm on weekends and 9pm in the week would be greatly appreciated.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment exclusively.
The Neighborhood:
Simon's Town is a maritime marvel steeped in history and charm. With its naval base roots, the town beautifully marries its historical architecture with the natural beauty of its bays and beaches. Famous for its colony of African penguins at Boulders Beach, Simon's Town offers visitors a unique chance to observe these delightful creatures up close. The town's cobbled streets are lined with quaint boutiques, eateries, and museums that speak to its rich heritage, making it a must-visit spot for those touring the Cape Peninsula.
Getting Around:
It is strongly recommended that you hire a car.
Uber or local driver services are strongly recommended should you go out for a couple of drinks.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is strictly in the allocated bay. Please do NOT park in any other bay unless previously discussed.
There are baboons in the area that come down from time to time - we do have a great monitoring system that keeps them away from the residential area most of the time but they are sneaky so 1 or 2 can sneak past.
The area is very quiet which adds to the beauty! We ask that you please respect the neighbours and keep noise to an absolute minimum.
No overnight visitors allowed and MAX number of people allowed in the apartment is 4 (2 guest and 2 day visitors)
