Summary:  
Dunmore Horizons in Clifton is a stylish three-bedroom penthouse with sea views and air conditioning. The master suite features an ensuite, while the other rooms share a bathroom. Enjoy open-plan living, a modern kitchen, and outdoor dining for eight. Close to Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches.  
  
The Space:  
Dunmore Horizons is a unique Penthouse in the Clifton with 180 views of the Clifton beaches and Atlantic ocean. Each bedroom has air conditioning and access to the balcony. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a seating area, while the second and third bedrooms offer twin and queen beds, respectively, with access to a shared bathroom.  
  
The open-plan living and dining area provides a relaxing space, complete with a TV, dining for five, and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities, including a gas hob, Nespresso machine, and a breakfast bar for five. Outside, a dining area for eight allows for al fresco meals with views of the Atlantic coastline. Less than a 5-minute walk to Clifton 1st beach, this apartment offers the perfect balance of a seaside getaway and proximity to the vibrant attractions of Cape Town. Two dedicated parking bays ensure convenience.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
