Parking was a bonus and we took Ubers out to wine estates - even to Franschhoek cost only the equivalent of £15 each way. There is some noise: front faces the street, which is busy from 7am, and rear faces an inner courtyard with cafes and shops so noise starts quite early there too. But this IS central living, and that is inevitable.
