For four visitors, the flat in Bloubergstrand offers self-catering lodging. The chic holiday flat in Bloubergstrand offers views of Blouberg and is well-furnished. The main bedroom hosts a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, whereas the second bedroom consists of a double bed and a shared bathroom. There is a shower, toilet, and sink in both bathrooms. There is an open-concept living space that leads to a balcony. With a fridge, stove and hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster, as well as plates, cutlery, and glassware, the kitchen is fully furnished for self-catering. In addition to having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi, the lounge is also comfortably decorated. Whether you wish to stay in Bloubergstrand or visit its attractions, this wonderful apartment will be a pleasure to return to after a long day. You'll find plenty to keep you occupied, from surfing to dining at the mouth-watering beachside restaurants to drinking beverages while watching the renowned Cape Town sunset. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 58 Porterfield Rd, Blouberg Rise.
