Centrally located in Sea Point. Close the Main Road and therefore ships and restaurants. Promenade is within walking distance. Parking was a bit of a hassle but manageable. Property is safe and well maintained. A couple of maintenance issue need to be addressed in the unit but from what I have seen there is some work being done as of the time of writing this. Characterful & roomy, lots of levels, not always safe in & out, particularly with regular power cuts, old, infirm, toddlers could be a safety issue, not up to UK standards. Steep steps down into bathroom definitely not for people with bad knees, uneven paving and wooden steps up to studio definitely not for high heel shoes. When they say no parking they really mean no parking, when I called they said park on street - nearest available parking was three roads away so I had to carry a heavy suitcase and audiovisual equipment down and up a very steep road. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Kaffee/Tee zum Selbermachen auch vorhanden. Die grosse Küche und Aufenthaltsraum teilt man sich mit den anderen Zimmern. Negativ: Alles ist sehr hellhörig.
