At Cape May
The pool was overrun by kids and was very noisy. The place itself was in an excellent location very near the beach. On the whole it was a good choice.

My family and I had an exceptional experience at Mahalo! The staff's warm and attentive service truly made my visit memorable. The proximity to the beach added to the overall charm of the place. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend Mahalo to anyone looking for a delightful experience near the beach. Five stars well deserved!

The staff was great! The room was super clean. I loved the over head lighting in the sleeping/living area and LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that there is a dimmer in the bathroom. I would recommend this adorable motel and I would stay there again.

What a pleasant surprise. The Hotel looks as beautiful inside as it does outside. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful all the time. Rooms were clean, comfy and nicely decorated. If we're ever going back to Cape May, we'll definitely be staying at Mahalo hotel again

The facility was lovely. The whole neighborhood was so quaint and pleasant. The pool was kept clean and tidy. Totally would recommend this place to friends and family.

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was lovely. It was directly across from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom sink wasn’t working but it was repaired the next day. Same for the refrigerator- it was connected to a bad circuit so they connected it to another outlet, using a heavy duty extension cord that we kept tripping over. Room was directly above the dumpsters so we were treated to the merry music of a slamming trash truck at around sun up every day. I suppose that can’t be helped but I’d recommend when reserving a room you ask for one away from the dumpsters. At least they didn’t smell. Otherwise, the place was clean as a whistle and conveniently located to the town and beach.

Location, price, cleanliness, staff, clientele, room all good . Can’t complain. WiFi is an issue there depending where your room is. Works outside best and our toilet kept running. So had to fix it every time

We were not sure what to expect but were very pleased. The only downfall was that the pool wasn't opened and other hotel pools around us were so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Great location and great staff. I would recommend this hotel!

Very disappointed with the room. What we got was a barely two star hotel but paid five star fee. Toilet was the size of a preschool toilet…room was old and bed very uncomfortable. A/C struggled and room was small. Will recommend to others or will we stay there again.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Our standard rooms are 288 square feet including the bathroom which has standard toilets. We would have like the opportunity for rectify the issues prior to your departure.

Extremely overpriced for a extremely non updated property. No soundproofing. Trash containers banking in early am hours. No hot water in am/pm and the pressure trickles at best in the shower and in a closet size bathroom. Plan on sleeping diagonally if your over 5'4". Very suspicious people sitting around the pool at night drinking alcohol and some were not styaying at the property. A nightmare!! Beware!!

We are a family friendly property. Property and amenities are for registered guests only. We have quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. Our staffs monitors the property with physical property checks and cameras. If there was an issue with water or water pressure it was never mentioned to the front desk. Our daily maintenance log does not indicate any issue with hot water or any report of loss of hot water. We certainly would have liked to been able to correct any issues prior to your departure.

The location was perfect. We were away from the hustle and bustle, but were able to walk just about everywhere. We had an ocean view that was fabulous.

The property is in a great location—less than a mile walk to all the shops, etc. and right across the street from the beach. The property was really clean and well maintained. Rooms seemed a little dated and had a bit of a musty smell, but it’s an old motel at the shore, so what does one expect? We still felt comfortable and clean. The pool closed at around 7:00, which seemed rather early for the end of June, but we really enjoyed it during the day. It was quiet and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll absolutely go back.
